The new VEB100-3

With a new diving system that we developed especially for the VEB 100-3 - in line with our motto: "innovations made invisible". This new high performance blindstitch machine with diver and tape feed has been specially developed for dressing the waistband lining of trousers. It can be both used for staffing the edge (American method) as well as for sewing on the waistband seam (European method) without conversion. Due to the tape feed it has excellent transport characteristics even with very thick materials. In addition, due to the newly developed diver its is possible that material layer changes (e.g. belt loops already sewn on, belt loops, cross seams, waist pleats, pocket openings) can be overcome without marking. This also applies to mark-sensitive fabrics such as corduroy.
