Our decades of experience in the manufacture of belt loop systems have gone into the new VEB100-7. It is more effective, quieter and requires less maintenance than ever before. Strips of fabric are trimmed, bent, blind sewn into belt loops and ironed fully automatically. The completely newly developed trimming device with extremely long-lasting stroke knives is very easy to adjust and particularly service-friendly. A low-noise suction unit for fabric waste is available as an option. By using different, very easy to change hemmers, belt loops can be produced in many widths.
